Mr. Timothy Marshall

Mr. Timothy Marshall is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jamaica Business Resource Center (JBRC) since its inception. 

Prior to assuming his role at JBRC, Mr. Marshall was President of T.H. Marshall and Associates, a domestic and international marketing consulting firm founded in 1991.  He worked with an impressive array of clients in providing strategic marketing planning, organizational development and event marketing services.  In this capacity, he co-established an annual Telecommunications Management Symposium at Penn State University’s Graduate School of Communications and served as Program Development and International Corporate Marketing Consultant for a Global Conference on the Environment sponsored by the United Nations, International Chamber of Commerce, World Travel and Tourism Council and the International Institute for Peace. 

Mr. Marshall received a scholarship to attend the Consumer and Industrial Marketing Institute at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; a HSBC Bank award to attend an Executive Leadership Institute at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business; and Certificates in Business Management from New York University. Among numerous other awards, the U.S. Department of Commerce recently presented Mr. Marshall with one of three national awards for “Outstanding Leadership and Advocacy.

Mr. Marshall currently holds numerous Board and other Advisory positions nationwide that represent small, minority and women owned enterprises.
