Cookies
The JBRC site, like many other commercial web sites, may utilize a
standard technology called "cookies" to collect information about how
our site is used. Cookies were designed to help a web site operator
determine that a particular user had visited the site previously and
thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the
user was browsing the site. Cookies are small strings of text that web
sites can send to your browser. Cookies cannot retrieve any other data
from your hard drive or obtain your e-mail address. If you are simply
browsing an JBRC informational site, a cookie may be used to identify
your browser as one that has visited the site before.
Our sites do not use "persistent cookies" or any persistent tracking
technologies that can identify a specific visitor, or information about
that visitor, over multiple visits. However, some JBRC websites do use
"session cookies" that identify the visitor for the duration of a
browsing session. Session cookies are deleted from our Web servers when
your session ends.

JBRC does collect certain non-personal information to help us better
service our site visitors. We use IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to
analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate use Information collected
includes for example: the IP address from which you accessed our site;
the IP address of the website from which you linked to us; the name of
your domain; the type of browser and operating system you are using; the
date and time our site is accessed; and the pages visited.. IP addresses

the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this
information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring
or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Security Statement
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.
When users submit sensitive information via the website, your
information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number and/or social security number),
that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption
software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our
order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape
Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to
un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we
also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information
mentioned above, has restricted access within our offices. Only
employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted
access to personally identifiable information.
Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information
on are kept in a secure environment, with limited access to only those
that need access, such as server administrators.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy or security policies, we will post
those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what
information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if
any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally
identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the
time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users
will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this
different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy
policy under which the information was collected.
